Mimasa Kuzu BIO 100g
Fabricante: Mimasa
What is Kuzu Bio? KUZU BIO is processed Pueraria root (Pueraria Thunbergiana and Pueraria Hirsuta Matsum) from organic farming. Traditionally used in Japanese cuisine, it serves as a natural thickener with a neutral flavor. When heated after being dissolved in water, it develops a translucent, gelatinous texture, ideal for beverages, soups, sauces, desserts, and glazes. This plant has also been traditionally used to treat various intestinal disorders. It is important to ensure the purity of kuzu compared to modern imitations made with arrowroot, sweet potato, or corn flours, which are cheaper but do not produce the effects of the genuine product. Mimasa's organic kuzu is of high quality and has a firm texture. Furthermore, its purity and intense white color are unique to organic kuzu, a result of the quality of the root and the traditional techniques used in its production. This healthy food comes from the island of Kyushu, specifically from the Kagoshima prefecture, where it has been cultivated for over 100 years. Today, 90% of Japanese kuzu is produced in this area. Mimasa's organic kuzu is prepared from roots that are between 5 and 10 years old and weigh around 10 kg, ideal characteristics for producing the highest quality. Ingredients Kuzu (root of Pueraria Thumbergiana and Pueraria Hirsuta Matsum) from organic farming. Instructions for use Dissolve 2 teaspoons of kuzu in a glass of cold water and bring to a boil for about 5 minutes until it becomes translucent and gelatinous. It can be eaten as is or seasoned (for example, with tamari). In cooking, it is used as a natural thickener due to its bland flavor. It can also be diluted in cold water and added during the last few minutes of cooking soups, vegetable stews, vegetable tarts, or cakes (spreading it over the surface before baking). This seasoning can also be used as a dressing for salads or for cooking fish, among other things. Its neutral flavor pairs perfectly with any sweet or savory food and is easily digested thanks to its purity.
