What is Omega Base? Omega Base is a food supplement that combines omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in triglyceride form—DHA from fish oil and ALA, SDA, LA, and GLA from ahiflower (Buglossoides arvensis L.)—to help balance your daily omega intake. It also includes natural mixed tocopherols (vitamin E). Ingredients Per dose (3 capsules): Buglossoides arvensis L. (Ahiflower) seed oil 1500 mg [of which: α-linolenic acid (ALA) 675 mg, stearidonic acid (SDA) 285 mg, linoleic acid (LA) 180 mg, γ-linolenic acid (GLA) 93 mg], fish oil 1500 mg [of which: docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 1170 mg], vitamin E (natural mixed tocopherols) 30 mg. Ingredients: Refined Buglossoides arvensis L. (Ahiflower) seed oil, sustainably sourced fish oil (>78% DHA as triglycerides), softgel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water), natural mixed tocopherols. Gluten-free and lactose-free. Contains fish. Instructions for use It is recommended to take 1 to 4 softgels daily with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional.
